ABOVE GROUND CONSTRUCTION OF SYSTEM ENCLOSURES & BUILDINGS
EnviroTrac has installed numerous contaminant treatment facilities at a variety of sites ranging from small stores to large industrial facilities. Depending on the nature of the treatment system, its location on the facility, regional weather and its impacts on system operation, System Enclosuresanticipated lifespan, community impacts, permitting requirements and other factors, a range of options can be utilized for the construction. Often, the most cost effective solutions include the use of prefabricated sheds, particularly for use with small systems on small sites. However, sometimes these treatment facilities can be constructed within an existing structure at the site or by modifying an existing structure. Large and complex process systems can require large “off the shelf” or architect designed structures that can include climate control and lighting, security systems, office space including telephone and internet access, sanitary facilities and equipment storage capacity. These more complex facilities can be prefabricated by an offsite manufacturer and then transported to and assembled onsite, or they may be custom built at the site. Regardless of size or complexity all structures and enclosures are built to cost effectively fulfill project expectations and meet applicable building codes and local ordinances and regulations.
