STORMWATER MANAGEMENT
Effectively managing stormwater runoff is critical to the environment and to your business. When Stormwater runoff does not seep into the ground and as it flows over land or impervious surfaces such as paved streets, parking lots, and building rooftops, it accumulates debris, chemicals, sediment or other pollutants that adversely affect water quality. Through planning & permitting, construction, repairs and maintenance EnviroTrac is leading the industry in utilizing Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) to ensure that you have the best stormwater management plan in place.

Planning & Permitting — EnviroTrac will work with our clients and the appropriate government agencies throughout the approval process to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. EnviroTrac will provide the most cost effective design to ensure the best stormwater management practice, including NPDES/DMRs, while also minimizing the effects to surrounding areas.

Stormwater Construction — EnviroTrac’s construction services include implementation and control of required stormwater management controls while minimizing the loss of additional land area. The construction will ensure control and mitigation of stormwater impact downstream.

Repair — EnviroTrac provides comprehensive repair services to structures, inlets and outlets, and to ponds and swales. For structures such as catch basins, storm drains, and other subsurface units, EnviroTrac will remove silt, trash and other debris, repair/replace damaged units, waterproofing and relining and correction of settling and deterioration of structures. At inlets and outlets EnviroTrac will correct any ponding and or flow related obstructions, and will make any necessary modifications to address changed conditions or problems with original design. At ponds and swales EnviroTrac will makes any repairs necessary due to erosion, removal of significant overgrowth, and excavation, handling and disposal of siltation to restore pond/swale function.

Maintenance - Regular maintenance is a critical component for a successful stormwater management plan. Regular maintenance results in decreased operating costs, ensuring functioning properly, and regulatory compliance. Maintenance activities usually include brush and tree removal, grading and slope stability, vault, inlet, and pipe cleaning, oil/grit separator cleaning, erosion control, catch basin cleaning, and mowing and debris removal.
