RISK & EXPOSURE ASSESSMENTS
Risk and Exposure Assessments are an important part of most soil and ground-water investigations and cleanups. EnviroTrac performs these assessments in accordance with federal and state-specific guidelines.

Risk Assessments If no guidelines are present, EnviroTrac's approach used in the development of a quantitative Risk Assessment (RA) is consistent with the American Society for Testing and Methods (ASTM) standard for Risk-Based Corrective Action (RBCA). RBCA utilizes the Source-Pathway-Receptor approach, which involves the identification and quantification of each of these parts in order to evaluate the risks posed to a potential receptor from the contaminants presents on a site. Computer software models are used in preparing the RA and completing calculations required for Tier 1 and 2 of the RBCA planning process, as defined by ASTM standards, USEPA and local state guidelines.
