PLANNING & PERMITTING
EnviroTrac is a consulting and contracting firm that provides turnkey environmental services throughout the country and abroad. We provide cost-effective and innovative solutions to complex and routine environmental projects, solutions created by combining the appropriate people with the right technologies to meet the unique challenges presented by each project. We share with our clients the goal of obtaining site closure while maintaining environmental compliance.

Being a full services provider, EnviroTrac is particularly adept at planning and implementing environmental projects of all sizes and levels of complexity in an efficient and cost effective manner. As is often the case, EnviroTrac is provided ownership/responsibility of all phases of work conducted during the site investigation, feasibility assessment, design and remedial implementation phases, and can take advantage of the institutional knowledge developed and better assess options as projects progress through their various phases. This process is enhanced by day to day collegial interaction of the widely varied disciplines represented at the firm including engineers, geologists and hydrogeologists, environmental scientists, licensed drillers, health and safety specialists, environmental technicians, electricians, drafting, CAD and GIS personnel, IT professionals, mechanics, heavy equipment operators and construction laborers.

Various permits and approvals are routinely secured within project scheduling and budgetary requirements depending on the specifics regarding the work required, and applicable regulations and requirements. EnviroTrac’s engineers and environmental professionals are highly experienced and thoroughly familiar with regulatory requirements within the States and jurisdictions where we work and often have long standing professional relationships with regulators and other parties involved with the permitting and work approval process. Examples of permit required issues include land access, waste transportation, work scope approvals, construction and demolition activities, and aspects pertaining to the protection of air, water, mineral, and biological resources.
