In addition to designing, permitting, building, installing and operating remediation equipment at our client’s sites EnviroTrac’s construction crew performs demolition and dismantling activities that are required within the overall cleanup strategy developed.

This work can range from the simple and straightforward removal of a small treatment shed that is no longer required due to closure approvals obtained to highly regulated and procedure-based actions such as the demolition of a nuclear reactor that required the excavation and handling of radioactive contaminated soil and concrete materials. In circumstances such as this the construction personnel have obtained specialized training and certifications and have utilized sophisticated personal protective health and safety measures and monitoring instrumentation in accordance with developed project plans and requirements and OSHA provisions.
As EnviroTrac regularly assembles and fabricates treatment systems and components we can, when appropriate, recycle and repurpose equipment for reuse. This “green” strategy is particularly attractive with our clients for whom we service multiple sites within their portfolios and can significantly reduce capital costs and provide project scheduling benefits as we relocate equipment from one of their sites to another.
Regardless of the scale and complexity involved, all demolition and dismantling work is conducted by appropriately trained personnel and in accordance with required permits and approvals.
